Last weekend, the team members of Jiangmen Hongxiangda did something "not related to their main job": They all "ran away" together and set their location at Heshan Gonghe Farm.
Morning · Scent of Fireworks and Relaxation Feeling
The first thing everyone did when arriving at the farm was to take out sugarcane, mandarin oranges, sweet potatoes, etc. They then began the first activity of the team-building event: roasting tea over a fire. The crackling of the charcoal fire and the boiling of the tea were heard. Everyone sat around together, and the conversation naturally shifted from "this month's goals" to "there is also such a tree behind my老家 (homestead)". There was no need to deliberately find a topic； just relaxing and sharing was enough to be touching.
The taste memory of the noon is the passionate "Sichuan flavor". When the spicy, fresh and fragrant flavors burst on the tip of the tongue, the atmosphere at the dining table is instantly ignited. The heat makes one want to inhale deeply, yet one can't help reaching for the chopsticks. In that moment of mutual smile, it is sharing the same intense and satisfying pleasure.
Afternoon · Talent Show and "Acting Ability" Award Ceremony
When the microphone is held in one's hand, the stage becomes an entire field. The "tech enthusiast" who usually focuses on production might actually be the "singer-songwriter prince" who keeps his true self hidden; the seemingly quiet "logistics expert" becomes energetic and lively when dancing. Without any rehearsals, regardless of quality, every courageous display receives the most sincere applause and cheers.
Evening - The Bustle Around the Oven
As the setting sun painted the sky with warm colors, the second fire in the farmhouse began to blaze up. This time, it was to soothe our stomachs and hearts. The sizzling sounds coming from the barbecue grill were not only from the food, but also from the warm and fragrant aroma spreading out.
As night falls, the crisp sound of glasses clinking, along with the aroma of food and casual conversation, transforms the bustling day into the cozy night.

We come from different places and have different personalities, but this weekend, we shared the same breeze of the field, the same warmth of the charcoal fire, and the same tranquility of the starry sky.
Returning to the familiar production line, the rhythm remains the same. But something has quietly changed - perhaps a more harmonious glance, or a more understanding smile.
We are not family, yet we share a memory as warm as a home. This is probably the most beautiful meaning of this "escape".
